The service
Rampwire drafts suggested answers to security questionnaires based on documents you upload. Drafts are generated by AI from your own materials, with citations and confidence indicators.
AI drafts are drafts
You are responsible for reviewing every answer before sending it to anyone. Rampwire does not attest to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any draft, and does not provide legal or compliance advice. Do not rely on a draft as a certification or representation of your company.
Your content
You keep all rights to the documents you upload and the answers generated for you. You grant us only the limited license needed to store and process them to provide the service. You may delete your content at any time; deletion is permanent.
Acceptable use
Do not upload content you have no right to use for this purpose, attempt to access other accounts, or use the service to produce knowingly false statements about your organization.
Billing
- Your first questionnaire (up to 50 questions) is free.
- Packs are one-time purchases. Credits never expire.
- Pro is a monthly subscription that renews automatically via PayPal until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Payments are handled by PayPal. Billing disputes go through PayPal support.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outcomes of questionnaires sent without human review.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or jeopardize other customers.
