Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 26, 2026. Rampwire is operated by Ian Karanja (contact below).
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and a hashed password (we never store your password in readable form).
- Documents you upload: the policies, past questionnaires, and other files you add to your knowledge base.
- Questionnaires and answers: the questionnaires you paste or upload and the draft answers generated for them, including your edits.
- Payment data: handled entirely by PayPal. We never see or store your card or PayPal credentials; we store only your subscription ID and payment status.
Why we process it
Solely to provide the service: to draft answers grounded in your documents, show you citations, and let you export results. Your documents are used only to answer your own questions.
What we do not do
- We do not use your documents or answers to train AI models.
- We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not let other customers see your content. Your data is isolated per account.
Where your data lives
On Cloudflare's infrastructure (Workers, D1, R2, and Vectorize). Your files and text are stored in storage isolated per account. Data in transit is encrypted with TLS.
AI processing
Drafting is done by AI models operated by Cloudflare (Workers AI). Your documents and questionnaires are sent to these models only to answer your questions and are not retained by the model provider for training.
Deletion
Deleting a document or questionnaire removes it permanently. Deleting your account removes your account data, documents, and questionnaires. You can also email us to do this for you.
Subprocessors
Cloudflare (hosting, storage, AI inference) and PayPal (payment processing, if you subscribe). Each has its own privacy policy.
